After 14 years and almost 13,000 books sent to students, Free Objectivist Books is shutting down.
This program never had any paid staff; everything was done part-time by volunteers, and all the coding, management, paperwork, etc. was done by me. Ever since I became a dad, I haven't had time to keep up with it. So, it's time to say goodbye to this site.
The Ayn Rand Institute now has their own Free Books for Students program. Students seeking books should check that out.
If you are wondering about the status of a book, donation, etc., you can still reach me at jason@freeobjectivistbooks.org. Once the organization is fully wound down and dissolved, any remaining funds will be donated to the Ayn Rand Institute.
My deepest thanks to the handful of volunteers, hundreds of donors, and tens of thousands of students who were part of this over the years. We shared some powerful ideas and I know we changed some lives.
